What registered agent service provides
Every LLC must maintain a registered agent in its state of formation to receive legal notices and official state correspondence. When you elect our service, we arrange registered agent coverage through our commercial services partner and put it in place when your LLC is formed.
How the fee works
The $75 charge is a one-time addition at setup. The $6.25 monthly add-on covers the ongoing annual agent service fee, so there is no separate renewal bill to track. The service stays active as long as it remains on your subscription, and you can remove it at any time while keeping the rest of your plan in place.

Can I add registered agent service in the future?
Yes. Submit a support ticket and we will get the service set up for your LLC. The same setup fee and monthly fee apply as when the service is added at setup.
Can I replace your registered agent service with my own?
Yes. First put your new registered agent service in place, then file the appropriate change of registered agent form with your LLC's state. Any state filing fee for the change is an LLC expense paid from the LLC bank account. Once the filing is complete, submit a support ticket. We will confirm the state has registered the change before removing our service from your account, so your LLC is never without an active agent. An LLC without a registered agent can lose its good standing with the state and may eventually be administratively dissolved.
Can I use your registered agent service for an LLC owned by my Solo 401(k)?
Yes. If your Solo 401(k) invests through an LLC, we can provide registered agent service for that LLC at the same setup and monthly fees. Submit a support ticket and we will help you add it.
